Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Providing therapy sessions targeting speech and language objectives Carefully tracking and documenting student progress and therapy outcomes Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive care Engaging and educating families to involve them fully in the therapy process Ideal candidates will have: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California This role is open to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA - School) looking to make a positive impact in an educational setting.
