An opportunity is available for a speech-language professional to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting in Jamestown, CA. This position offers a contract duration spanning the school year, focusing on supporting students with speech and language challenges through thorough evaluation, treatment, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Facilitate therapy sessions designed to achieve specific speech and language objectives. Carefully track and document student progress to inform ongoing treatment. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery. Involve families actively in the therapy process, providing education and support. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required. Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team. Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in California or eligibility to obtain one. This role accommodates professionals at varying certification levels, including SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, and SLPA with school credentials. This contract position allows practitioners to apply their expertise in a rewarding educational environment.
