A speech-language pathologist (SLP) or clinical fellowship year (CFY) professional is sought to support elementary students in a dynamic school setting. Location: Arlington, VA Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services primarily to elementary students, with some involvement in preschool and select secondary schools. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards. Participate actively as a valued member of the schools multidisciplinary team. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Credentialed as a Speech-Language Pathologist or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and school personnel.
