A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for an in-person position serving students from Pre-K through 6th grade. This contract role is within an elementary school setting and focuses on supporting children with mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40-50 students ranging from Pre-K to 6th grade Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students communication needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies and student progress Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings related to student development and compliance with school policies Qualifications: Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally with mild to moderate disabilities Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Location and Duration: Position is in-person at an elementary school in Berlin, Maryland Contract duration for the new school year (NSY) Benefits and Compensation: Weekly pay Benefits package including 401(k) Competitive compensation rates This opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful difference for students while working in a supportive school environment.
