A full-school-year opportunity is available for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position, located in Blue Earth, MN, spans from September 3, 2025, through June 2, 2026, and offers a schedule of 3 days per week or 24 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students, primarily in the elementary grades. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to support students' communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom. Utilize teletherapy techniques as appropriate to ensure continuity and flexibility of services. Maintain detailed records of student progress and participate in school-based meetings related to student development. Desired Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare or school environments. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and methods. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and dedication to student advocacy and care.
