A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in an educational setting in Andover, MN. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), offering a meaningful chance to impact childrens communication development across grades.

Ideal candidates will possess one or more of the following qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLP; experience in pediatric speech therapy; healthcare or school-based SLP practice; teletherapy capabilities; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion; or credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with healthcare or school experience. Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language assessments and screenings for K-12 students Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans Collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare providers to support student progress Providing services through in-person and teletherapy platforms as needed Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Key qualifications: Valid SLP or SLPA licensure applicable to school settings Strong pediatric caseload management skills Proficiency in teletherapy delivery and technology Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to supporting diverse student populations This role offers the chance to apply specialized skills in a supportive school environment while fostering student growth in communication and learning. The contract duration covers the full academic year, providing stability and a focused professional experience.
