A full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services to students within a K-12 school setting as well as in home environments. This position offers a contract for the full school year and is located in Queens Village, NY. The role requires a dedicated professional who can assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support student mobility, function, and participation.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services to students across all K-12 grade levels. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Provide therapy in both the school and home settings to ensure consistent support. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Physical Therapist license. Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings preferred. Ability to provide therapy in diverse environments, including schools and homes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to supporting student development and functional independence. Location: Queens Village, NY This position provides an opportunity to impact students' physical development throughout the school year in multiple settings.
