Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students academic and functional goals. Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based therapy. Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and appropriate therapeutic techniques. Ability to work effectively within an educational team and communicate clearly with students, families, and staff. Experience working with diverse student populations and adapting to various K-12 grade levels.
