A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a full-time position at a K-12 school serving elementary students from Pre-K through 5th grade. This contract assignment spans the 2025-2026 academic year, from August 14, 2025, to May 22, 2026, providing an opportunity to work in a rewarding educational environment focused on pediatric speech-language services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to an approximate caseload of 50 students, focusing on early childhood and elementary age groups.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
Maintain compliance with all relevant educational and healthcare regulations.
Supervise and coordinate with a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) assigned to assist in providing services.
Qualifications:
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with pediatric and school-based experience.
Demonstrated skills working in healthcare settings as well as school environments.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills suitable for managing a sizeable caseload.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
