A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school serving elementary students from Pre-K through 5th grade. This contract role, based in Broken Arrow, OK, runs from August 14, 2025, through May 22, 2026. The SLP will support approximately 50 students on their caseload, working closely with a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who assists in delivering speech and language services.

Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children in early elementary grades Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Documenting student performance and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies Providing direct, evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, articulation, fluency, and related communication disorders Coordinating with the assigned part-time SLPA to optimize service delivery and caseload management Desired qualifications and experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in pediatric settings, preferably within educational environments Ability to work with diverse student populations throughout early childhood and elementary years Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and compliance requirements Effective communication skills for teamwork and parent collaboration Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or licensing equivalent This role offers a chance to make a measurable impact on young learners communication development while working in a supportive school setting alongside a dedicated SLPA.
