Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to a caseload of approximately 40-50 students, addressing a broad range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adaptive strategies. Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes in compliance with regulatory and educational standards. Participate in team meetings and provide consultation to support student educational success. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license. Experience working in school-based settings serving K-12 populations. Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively. Strong communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with educational regulations and therapy best practices for children and adolescents.
