A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide expert therapeutic services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexibility to accommodate various caseload capacities. The assignment is based in the Oakland, CA area and spans the 2025-2026 school year or an ASAP start.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student communication development. Document student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary. Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning and implementation. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage up to a 65-student caseload (full-time) or part-time caseloads as agreed. Flexibility to serve one or two school locations within the Oakland area. Work Schedule and Location: 37.5 hours per week. Position based at a maximum of two school sites. Contract duration aligned with the 2025-2026 school year or immediate availability. This role delivers vital services to support student success in language and communication, providing meaningful impact within the school community.
