A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Newark, DE. This contract role spans the normal school year (NSY) and requires onsite presence. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to students across pediatric age groups, supporting communication development and related speech-language needs.

Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and clinical standards. Participate in team meetings and professional development as required. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC). Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware. Certified by DE ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association). Experience in pediatric speech-language services and school-based therapy. Able to deliver teletherapy as needed, with familiarity in both onsite and remote therapy modalities. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Strong communication and organizational skills.
