Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918 Term: Non-school year (NSY) contract Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes Manage and organize a caseload of approximately 23 half-hour visits per week Structure and coordinate daily schedules independently, ensuring efficient travel between client homes (travel time is limited to 10 minutes) Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory standards Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with current state licensure Pediatric home health experience preferred; candidates with school or hospital pediatric experience will be considered Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a flexible caseload Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area Benefits: Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs Opportunity to work within the supportive community of Colorado Springs Potential for conversion to a permanent position based on mutual fit This position offers the autonomy to tailor your caseload and schedule while making a meaningful impact in pediatric home health therapy.
