This full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) position supports elementary students in a K-12 school setting in Kent, WA. The role is a contract for the 2025-2026 school year, running from September 2, 2025, to June 16, 2026. The position requires onsite work five days a week, approximately 7.3 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students within the school setting. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and regulations. Participate in team meetings and support the educational goals of students. Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for special education and therapy services. Qualifications & Experience: Valid Washington State SLP license for the 2025-2026 school year. ESA certification in hand. Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred. Knowledge and comfort providing onsite services, with strong skills necessary. Candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered if they demonstrate strong clinical skills. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology is desirable. Teletherapy experience is an asset. Note: This role does not consider Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or VOCO for this assignment. Location: Kent, Washington (onsite at a K-12 school).
