This full-time Speech-Language Pathology position offers an opportunity to provide onsite services in a K-12 school setting located in Sumner, WA. As a key member of the educational support team, you will work Monday through Friday for 7.3 hours each day during the 2025-2026 school year, specifically from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026. The caseload primarily consists of elementary-level students, allowing focused intervention in early language and communication development.

Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Completed or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with strong skills demonstrated Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license active for the 2025/2026 school year Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings Proficient in teletherapy is a plus, though services are onsite only for this role ESA certification is required at the time of application Previous experience supporting K-12 students in speech and language therapy Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs for students to improve communication skills, collaborating with educators and families, documenting progress, and adhering to school and state guidelines. This contract position provides continuity in speech services essential for student success across the school year. Candidates must be committed to onsite work with no current openings for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or voice-only services (VOCO).
