Key Qualifications: Proficient in American Sign Language interpretation Experience working with K-12 students in an educational environment preferred Strong understanding of communication techniques to facilitate learning Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with educators and support staff Valid certification or credential in Sign Language Interpretation is highly desirable Primary Responsibilities: Provide interpreting services between hearing and deaf/hard-of-hearing students and staff during instructional activities Facilitate effective communication in a variety of classroom and school settings Support inclusion and participation of deaf/hard-of-hearing students across all areas of learning Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address communication needs Assist in the adaptation of instructional materials when necessary to support comprehension Location: Littleton, Colorado Duration: Contract position through the next school year This opportunity allows a skilled sign language interpreter to contribute to inclusive education and student success.
