A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide in-person support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract role spans the entire school year and is located in Ojai, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations within an educational setting and possess strong communication and assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication disorders Conduct speech and language assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and credentials for practice in California Experience working as an SLP in a school setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention strategies Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to providing in-person therapy and support Location: Ojai, California (in-person role) This position offers the chance to impact student communication skills directly while working within a supportive school environment throughout the school year.
