Key Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA School-based SLP certification or licensure compliant with state requirements Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and educators Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred for services Deliver evidence-based intervention to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Document and maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing appropriate goals and accommodations Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse learner needs while fostering a positive and engaging environment Location:Burnsville, Minnesota serving an elementary school community with supportive staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
