A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Burnsville, MN. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY), providing specialized speech and language support tailored to individual student needs.

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and interventions to K-12 students Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide teletherapy services alongside in-person treatment as needed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs or appropriate SLPA certification Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery Comfort providing services across diverse healthcare and educational environments Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLP candidates Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, families, and staff Location: Burnsville, Minnesota K-12 school environment This contract role offers the chance to apply speech-language expertise in a supportive educational setting while contributing to student success across multiple age groups.
