A full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to provide support in an elementary school setting located in Sugar Land, TX. This contract position spans the entire school year and offers the opportunity to work across two campuses, each equipped with designated therapy spaces and staffed by experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). The role may be structured as one full-time position or split between two part-time assistants, depending on candidate availability.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students under the supervision of licensed SLPs. Maintain organized therapy documentation and participate in progress monitoring. Foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment within designated spaces at both campuses. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant specializing in school-based or healthcare settings. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with bilingual SLPs and support diverse student populations. Experience working within school-based therapy programs preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work consistently five days per week, with flexibility for part-time arrangements if applicable.
