A School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available to support elementary-level services in a dynamic school setting located in the Petaluma and Santa Rosa, CA areas. This role is designed for a dedicated professional eager to provide essential speech-language assistance during the school year on a contract basis.

Responsibilities: Conduct English and Spanish speech-language assessments to support bilingual students. Provide direct speech-language therapy under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). Assist in alleviating workload overflow for SLPs by managing caseloads efficiently. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student communication goals. Document progress and maintain accurate student records. Qualifications: Valid SLPA credential or certification. Experience working in elementary school settings preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently under SLP supervision and manage multiple priorities. Position Details: Location: Petaluma and Santa Rosa, California. Schedule: Full-time, approximately 30 hours per week. Duration: Immediate start through the end of the school year (EOSY). Contract position with a focus on supporting school-based speech-language services.
