A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a full-time contract position supporting preschool and elementary students in an educational setting. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children, providing essential speech and language services that support their academic and social development.

Position Details: Location: Long Beach, CA Employment Type: Full-time, contract Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day Student Population: Preschool and Elementary On-site presence required Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities Preferred Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive educational environment Benefits and Perks: Meaningful work impacting early childhood and elementary development Professional collaboration within a dedicated school community Contract terms providing structured employment through the school year This opportunity offers a hands-on role in improving student communication outcomes and contributing to the educational environment.
