A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming full school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Slayton, MN. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to design and implement effective interventions. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines. Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development activities. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population. Willingness to supervise a Clinical Fellow (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) as part of the team. Location: Slayton, Minnesota, serving a full K-12 school community.
