A specialized opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist with experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school settings. This role is designed to support K-12 students and is based in Newport, Rhode Island. The position is contract-based for a full semester, running from September through the end of the school year (EOSY), with the possibility of extending into Extended School Year (ESY) services if required.

Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students, tailored to individual needs. Deliver therapy in school settings as well as through teletherapy platforms. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Support students' functional abilities to enhance their educational experience and participation. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials to practice in Rhode Island. Experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based occupational therapy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently. Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related compliance requirements. Location: Newport, Rhode Island Schedule: One day per week during school hours, contract runs September through end of school year with possible ESY extension.
