Assess and support development of fine and gross motor skills to enhance student participation in school activities. Collaborate with educators and other school staff to align therapy goals with educational objectives. Document progress and communicate effectively with the students support team. Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs in the school environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy. Proficiency in home health OT and healthcare OT practices beneficial. Strong skills in fine motor and gross motor interventions. Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload efficiently. Knowledge of K-12 educational settings and regulations.
