A full-time Occupational Therapist role is available for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year (August 25, 2025 June 11, 2026), supporting K-12 students across multiple locations. This contract position requires a commitment of 35+ hours per week and involves travel within the Racine, WI area.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services in school settings, employing both direct and teletherapy methods to support students developmental needs. Assess and implement therapeutic interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills to enhance student participation and academic success. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Utilize expertise in both home health and school-based OT practices, adapting treatments to meet diverse student needs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and healthcare guidelines. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification and licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT). Experience in school-based occupational therapy, including teletherapy delivery. Strong understanding of fine and gross motor skill development. Ability to travel within assigned geographic locations to provide services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
