A healthcare professional with experience in physical therapy for school settings is needed for a contract position supporting K-12 students. This role involves providing specialized physical therapy services to a small caseload of students, focusing on early elementary through middle school ages.

Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, flexible days and times within school hours School Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:20 PM Caseload: 7-8 students primarily in 1st through 3rd grades, with a few in 6th grade Start Date: August 25th Job Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY) Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering individualized physical therapy interventions for students with diverse needs. Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to support each childs functional mobility and school participation. Maintain proper documentation and progress reports to meet compliance standards. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials in school and healthcare settings Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in early to middle childhood Ability to develop customized treatment plans that align with educational goals Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules within school hours This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on childrens physical development in an educational setting, with a manageable caseload and flexible scheduling.
