This contract position offers a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist with experience in healthcare and school settings to provide support within a K-12 educational environment. Serving students primarily in early elementary grades, this role focuses on delivering therapeutic services that enhance student mobility, function, and participation.

Schedule: 30 hours per week with flexible days and times available within school hours (Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.) Duration: Contract for the current school year, starting August 25th Responsibilities include: Providing physical therapy services to a caseload of 7-8 students, primarily 1st through 3rd grade, with some in 6th grade Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed to meet functional goals Maintaining compliance with school policies and documentation requirements Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in pediatric healthcare and school-based therapy Ability to work independently within a school setting while managing a small caseload effectively Strong communication skills to liaise with educators and families Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the school operational hours and student needs This assignment offers the chance to make a positive impact on the educational and physical development of young students.
