Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Deliver targeted therapy sessions aimed at improving speech and language outcomes Monitor, document, and report on student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and support Involve and educate families about therapy goals and strategies to enhance student success Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting This contract position requires an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology. Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
