We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services to students in the Hartley, TX area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-focused environment, helping children develop the communication skills they need for success in school and daily life. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs. Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus, but not required. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping students succeed.
