Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Warwick, RI. This full academic year contract position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the educational development and success of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional plans and classroom management. Provide individualized support to students with varying academic and behavioral needs. Facilitate small group or one-on-one learning sessions to reinforce lessons. Support students social and emotional growth in alignment with school policies. Assist with supervision duties during transitions and non-instructional times. Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role preferred. Strong communication skills and patience when working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Familiarity with classroom technologies and educational tools is advantageous. Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality. Commitment to fostering student growth and well-being. Location: Warwick, Rhode Island serving students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
