Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management. Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. Monitor and support student behavior in accordance with school policies. Help prepare instructional materials and maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success. Qualifications: Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. Knowledge of classroom technology and instructional strategies is a plus. Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
