The Atlantic Group has partnered with an investment firm in Manhattan. They have an immediate need for a Project Manager to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

Project Manager – New York

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives and strategic efforts across the firm. Reporting to the VP of Project & Vendor Management in Tech Strategy, this role will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams, and help drive adoption of AI and intelligent workflows.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage technology projects from initiation through delivery, defining timelines, requirements, and success metrics

·         Partner with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve challenges

·         Lead initiatives that extend beyond traditional project management, adding structure to complex efforts

·         Introduce and scale AI use cases to improve workflows and productivity

·         Develop reporting and dashboards to track outcomes and support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

·         5+ years of project management experience (financial services/tech preferred)

·         Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)

·         Proven success managing multiple large-scale projects

·         Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

·         Bachelor’s degree required
