We are recruiting a dynamic Business Analyst to support IT applications and systems initiatives for our client. This is an end-to-end role covering the full project lifecycle—from inception and requirements gathering through QA, UAT, and post-deployment support. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and confident working with both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements across multiple departments
• Document current/future-state processes, workflows (using Visio), user stories, and use cases
• Conduct stakeholder and end-user interviews to elicit and validate requirements
• Support solution development, QA, UAT, and implementation activities
• Operate across infrastructure, security, and application domains
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and participate in RFP processes
• Evaluate and improve existing business processes and workflows
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in technology environments
• Experience with Azure (migration experience a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and BA documentation tools
• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Strong communication and presentation skills—able to engage confidently with assertive stakeholders
• Self-starter with excellent time management; must be able to work independently or collaboratively
• Must be available to work East Coast hours
  
  
  

Compensation: $60-70/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
