In addition to bringing leading practices to our customers, partners, and employees, we help customers maximize the Workday system. About the Role

Job Description The Financial Services & Insurance Industry (FSI) Senior Financials Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Financials solution for our FSI customers and help establish and champion best practices for all FSI deployments. The ideal candidate should have experience within the FSI Industry in General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations, and an understanding of financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets. Key Areas of Responsibility: Become an expert in the Workday Financials product suite Provide FSI Industry perspective for customer business requirements Ensure FSI Industry best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends Understand client business requirements on engagements Serve as a mentor for new Financial Consultants Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday FSI Industry best practices Ensure the client is referenceable once in production Participate in update training and other events to share product skills with other consultants About You

Basic Qualifications P-4 5 years FSI industry - ERP Implementations General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations Implementations experience Financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets experience Workday Deployment Experience Ability to travel up to 50% of the time P-5 7 years FSI industry - ERP Implementations General Ledger, Consolidations, Allocations, Currency Revaluations and Translations Implementations experience Financial touchpoints to Projects, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Assets experience Workday Deployment Experience Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Other Qualifications

Experience with Workday Accounting Center Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences Strong industry knowledge, including current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and identifying new opportunities Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive consensus and collaborate with stakeholders Proven mentorship skills to foster growth and development Comprehensive product knowledge of features, benefits, applications, and market positioning Exceptional relationship management skills with clients, partners, and colleagues Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements to ensure project clarity Strong solutions design skills to analyze business challenges and develop technology-enabled solutions Expertise in strategic business consulting, including market analysis, financial acumen, and strategic planning Excellent task management and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills Excellent time management to meet deadlines The application deadline for this role is the posting end date stated as 9.30.25. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary by location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 USD - $197,300 USD. Additional Considerations: If performed in Colorado, the pay range is $116,900 - $175,400 USD based on min and max pay for that role in CO.
