Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time (K8 Program)
We are seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to support a K8 program for the remainder of the school year. This part-time role is ideal for a BCBA experienced with elementary students on the spectrum and those with significant behavioral needs. Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP- End of School Year
Hours: Approximately 2024 hours/week (.5.6 FTE)
Onsite support for K8 students
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation and support to staff working with students on the spectrum and/or with significant behavioral needs
Assist with data collection processes
Access the district to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement interventions
Qualifications:
Active BCBA license/certification
Experience working with elementary students on the spectrum preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills
