Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time, School-Based
We are seeking a dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to provide support in a school setting for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a K12 caseload. Position Details:
Contract Dates: ASAP start June 16, 2026
Schedule: Monday Friday, 32.5 hours/week
Caseload: K12 students
Onsite only
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct support and consultation to staff, students, and families.
Train and collaborate with educators and support personnel to ensure consistency in implementing interventions.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Requirements:
Active BCBA license/certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
