About the Team: The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on our customers’ post Go-Live journey, delivering programs and services to help them derive value from Workday applications, including feature demonstrations and full feature deployments. We help organizations adapt to evolving needs by uniting finance, HR, and planning in a single enterprise cloud. About the Role

Are you a great communicator who can clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Workday solutions to customers? The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro-consulting engagements to solve business needs using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how-to questions, troubleshooting, guiding through configuration, and providing feature demonstrations. As a Workday expert, you will share experience, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies. Our team has a broad and deep understanding of Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning. The role requires expertise in: Workforce Planning Expertise
Strong understanding of Workday Security and Business Processes
Experience with HR concepts such as Supervisory Organizations, Position Changes, Headcount Forecasting
Experience in headcount modeling and analysis
Workday Financial Planning Expertise
Implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Proficiency in creating and managing financial models within the platform
Ability to develop complex reports and dashboards using Adaptive Planning
Data Management and Integration
Experience with data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM and/or other HCM systems
Proficiency in managing data imports, exports, and data validation

include delivering services to Workday Success Plans customers. Key activities: Conducting research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts
Delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests; providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks
Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements
Clearly and effectively communicating responses and value to customers
Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars)
Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and staying aligned with Workday roadmap
Keeping up to date with industry practices and engaging with customers on those topics
Helping drive the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption
In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, professionals may also deliver other Customer Enablement services, such as: Office Hours for appointment-based consulting
Configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities
One-on-one customer configuration designs
Deployments including full deployment of Workday features
About You
P4 Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
5 years of IT implementation experience
3+ years of software consulting experience
P5 Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
8+ years of IT implementation experience
3+ years of software consulting experience
Additional Qualifications: 1+ year experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems
Ability to understand new Workday concepts as features are released
Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers
Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred
Travel may be up to 10%

This role may be eligible for bonuses, stock grants, and other compensation components. Compensation offers are based on location, experience, skills, duties, and business need.
