District-Wide Social Worker (K-12) Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive social work services to students across K-12 grades throughout the district Conduct assessments and develop interventions to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs Collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to promote student well-being and academic success Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Valid Pennsylvania Social Worker license required Experience working with school-age children in K-12 environments is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a district-wide caseload effectively and independently This role is ideal for a professional dedicated to supporting the social and emotional development of students within a school setting.
