Provide specialized educational services to students with various disability classifications across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Work with students experiencing intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, and multiple disabilities through personalized virtual intervention strategies. Support students requiring intensive behavioral supports and those transitioning toward post-secondary goals. Comprehensive Teaching Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education programs tailored to each student's unique learning profile and disability-related needs. Create modified curriculum materials and adaptive instructional strategies for virtual delivery. Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and data collection through integrated assessment systems. Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families to ensure coordinated support services. Essential Professional Duties

Lead virtual IEP meetings and facilitate annual review processes with multidisciplinary teams. Provide direct specialized instruction in core academic areas with appropriate accommodations and modifications. Implement positive behavioral intervention plans and social skills instruction through virtual platforms. Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Special Education required. Current Ohio special education teaching license mandatory across relevant disability categories. Minimum two years of direct special education classroom experience essential. Virtual instruction experience highly preferred.
