We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Southlake, TX. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to help students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans
Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student achievement
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions and goal setting
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in a school-based setting
Familiarity with IEP development and special education procedures
