We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K-12 school team near Keller, TX. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication and academic skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student success
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and student planning
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
Familiarity with IEP processes and special education procedures
