A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year to provide specialized support in two elementary schools located in Vermont. This contract position focuses on delivering individualized speech and language therapy services to approximately 10-13 elementary-aged students.

Vermont (Two Elementary Schools) Job Duration:
2025/2026 School Year (Contract) Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique communication goals. Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, ensuring consistent progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication development within the classroom and community settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide professional recommendations for student needs. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development and related disorders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educators. Ability to create engaging therapy activities that meet diverse student needs.
