This opportunity is for a School Psychologist serving students from PreK through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Newark, OH. The position is a full academic year contract beginning in August and concluding at the end of June for the 20252026 school year. The caseload includes approximately 60 students spanning three distinct buildings: a developmentally disabled (DD) school, a non-public school, and a vocational school.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students PreK-12 to identify learning and behavioral needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide direct support services. Support students in diverse educational settings, including special education, vocational training, and non-public school environments. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to problem-solving and behavioral intervention planning. Desired Qualifications: Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population, including students with developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education laws. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across multiple buildings.
