This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized support to students in a dynamic K-12 educational setting serving preschool through 8th grade. The position is based in Fremont, CA, within a contract running from August 20, 2025, through June 11, 2026. You will be instrumental in supporting a caseload of 6 students across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted interventions and support tailored to the individual needs of students aged preschool to 8th grade. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance student learning and development. Maintain detailed records and documentation to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements. Facilitate communication across 6+ service locations to ensure consistent support delivery. Desired Qualifications: Relevant professional licensure or certification appropriate for school-based services. Experience working with diverse student populations in an educational setting. Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of multiple students effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and locations as required. Location: Fremont, California, servicing over six locations within the district.
