for a
Full-Time, Day Shift (no weekends)
position at a closed-door pharmacy in Clearwater, FL. Schedule:
Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Start : ASAP Type : Full time | 13-week contract with competitive weekly pay & full benefits package Key Responsibilities: Process prescriptions, handle insurance adjudications, and resolve rejections
Prepare, package, and label medications for pharmacist verification
Perform data entry, manage prescription paperwork, and communicate with patients and prescribers
Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts, restocking, and expiration reviews
Assist with returns, medication quarantines, and destruction processes
Cross-train in various pharmacy functions and support department needs as required
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurance regulations
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required
PTCB certification and active FL pharmacy technician license in good standing
2+ years of pharmacy technician experience (call center background preferred)
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
