We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role (part-time may also be considered), at a pharmacy in Livonia, MI. Varied Shifts Pharmacy Hours:
Monday Thursday (9:00am 7:00pm), Saturday (9:00am 3:00pm), Sunday Closed Key Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists in accurately and efficiently filling and dispensing prescriptions.
Prepare and label medications for patient pick-up or delivery.
Perform non-sterile compounding under pharmacist supervision (sterile compounding a plus).
Maintain proper storage, inventory, and documentation of medications.
Support patient and provider communications, answer phones, and process prescription orders.
Assist with insurance claim processing and prior authorization documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards at all times.
Qualifications: Active Pharmacy Technician license inMichigan
National certification (CPhT - PTCB)
1+ years or recent retail or compounding experience
Non-sterile compounding experience (sterile compounding is a plus).
