Assess student needs and develop tailored therapy plans in compliance with IEP requirements. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate comprehensive student support. Deliver direct therapy sessions and provide consultation to teaching staff regarding strategies for student success. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy interventions as necessary.
