A full-time Social Worker position is available for the upcoming school year, serving Kindergarten through 5th-grade students at an elementary school in Des Plaines, IL. This contract role runs from August 14, 2025, through May 28, 2026, with onsite duties Monday through Friday. The workday is approximately 7 hours and 20 minutes, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch, typically from 8:45 AM to 4:05 PM.

In this role, you will support three self-contained Social Emotional Support (SES) classrooms that serve 16 students facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will collaborate closely with another full-time social worker dedicated to the program to provide comprehensive support tailored to each student's needs. Experience working with emotional and behavioral challenges is preferred.
